Spraying milk on your hair ?

I heard that sparying milk on your hair 20 min. before you take a shower helps improve the health of your hair. Is this true ?

well i never heard about milk but eggs and mayonnaise ought to do the job. I have hair all the way down to my butt and to keep it nice and shiny i apply mayonnaise once a week leave it in for 20 minutes and wash it out and apply conditioner. You'll amazed with the results.

idk but ii knoe that putting conditioner in your hair and leaving it in for 20 minutes makes it AWESOME!

i use mayonaise, you r hair smells for a little while til u was it out and u have to leave it in for 15 minutes. but it leaves it shiny and looking amazing, also u can try smoshed avocados.
