Hair frizz during a couple of hours??

I have curly hair, and whenever I do straightened my hair, and wear it down, it starts to frizz within a couple of hours.. What should I do?? I went to a drug store and I got the Chi Keratin Mist to spray on my hair, should that help? Any suggestion?? Thanks.. =)
