I straighten my hair every other day and sometimes everyday, I use a heat protectent spray on my hair before straightening it. Is there anything extra I can do to stop my hair from getting damaged?

along with the heat protection spray. try deep conditioning every week. it keeps ur hair not soo dry and keeps it lookin healthy

i dont really think so unless maybe you dont straighten it.. cause that causes alot of damage to hair.. but atleast you are trying to pretect it

yes stop straightening so must your killing your hair try different hairstyles to prevent straightening it

you can do reconstructing treatments.This should be done in a salon.But you can get reconstructing treatments at sally beauty,that would be better than nothing.
